Throughout this document, "advertisement" means an advertisement or advertorial published in this web site (1rez.com).
A. Acceptance of advertising programs are subject to space availability upon agreeing of the Advertising Terms & Conditions and providing an insertion order to 1 World Hotels via internet or fax. Click here for advertising info.
B. Online advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and/or its agency have the right to publish and display the advertisements and its contents. In consideration of such online publication and display, advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold 1 World Hotels harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of online publication and display.
C. Conditions, other than rates, are subject to change by 1 World Hotels without notice.
D. Advertorials - Targeted and positioned within a page. Run of Site does not applies.
Top Banners & Badges - Targeted positioning within a page applies only when agreed to by 1 World Hotels. Positioning of Run Of Site advertisements is at the discretion of 1 World Hotels. Material must be received by material closing date, otherwise position may be lost, or requested impression level may be reduced.
E. 1 World Hotels may use prior ad material if new material is not received on time.
F. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in writing. Any campaign can be cancelled with no penalty up to two weeks before the scheduled start date of the campaign. Campaigns cancelled less than two weeks before the scheduled start date of the campaign are subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the original amount of the cancelled order. After a campaign has started, cancellation notices must be provided to 1 World Hotels at least two weeks prior to the effective date of cancellation. Advertisers will be rebilled for all impressions delivered through effective end date; if appropriate, shortrates will apply.
G. Postponement Policy:
In cases where ad material has not arrived by the 3rd working day after the agreed-upon campaign start date, 1 World Hotels's postponement policy goes into effect.1 World Hotels may reduce the number of total impressions for every day the campaign is late, based on even distribution, and the advertiser will be invoiced at the original contracted dollar amount.
H. All contents of advertisements are subject to 1 World Hotels's approval. 1 World Hotels reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation or position commitment at any time.
I. All insertion orders are accepted subject to provisions of the current rate card.
J. Online publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically publish and display an advertisement. In no event shall 1 World Hotels be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, in excess of the amount paid for the advertisement, as a result of any mistake in the advertisement, omission from or error in any index, or for any other reason.
K. 1 World Hotels shall have the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to 1 World Hotels for advertising which advertiser or its agent ordered and which advertising was published and displayed.
L. No conditions other than those set forth in the rate card shall be binding on 1 World Hotels unless specifically agreed to in writing by the 1 World Hotels. 1 World Hotels will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks or copy instructions which conflict with the provisions of the rate card.
M. 1 World Hotels is not liable for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery in the event of an Act-of-God, action by any government or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down or any condition beyond the control of 1 World Hotels affecting production or delivery in any manner.
N. As used in these "Advertising Terms and Conditions" and "Advertise With 1 World Hotels", the term 1 World Hotels shall refer to 1 World Hotels Pte Ltd, 1rez and 1rez.com refer to 1 World Hotels' consumer web site.
O. Payment in full is due within 30 days of the "live" date of the advertiser's program.
P. All discounts are multiplicative and not additive. For example: if a 10% discount is received for an order to which a previous 10% discount was previously received, the total amount of the discount is 19% calculated as follows:
10% x 100 = 10, 100-10 = 90. 10%x90 = 9. 10+9 = 19. Total to be paid is 100 - 19 or 81.
Q. Rates are subject to change upon notice from 1 World Hotels. In the event of an increase in the rates not publicly announced prior to the first advertisement covered by the contract then in effect, advertisements reserved may be cancelled by the advertiser or its agency at the time the increase becomes effective without incurring short-rate charges, provided the advertisements published and displayed to the date of cancellation are consistent with the appropriate rate. Failure to meet impression frequency commitments for any other reason in whole or in part by the advertiser will result in an adjustment of the rate (short-rate) based on past and subsequent advertisements to reflect actual ad impressions displayed at the earned rate..
Contractual Information
Banners and insertion orders must be delivered at least three (3) business days prior to the start of an insertion term. Banner changes during an insertion term must be delivered at least one (1) business day prior to change.
1 World Hotels will run up to ten (10) banners at one time, and will change creatives as frequently as once per week.
All advertising requires an insertion order. Any correspondence should include a list of: advertiser's name, contracted banner positions, URL link, alternative text and run dates. All quarterly and monthly programs start on weekdays (no holidays or weekends).

The advertisements and the contents thereof are based on the latest information made available to 1 World Hotels (owners and operators of 1rez.com) at the time of publication. While every care is taken in the said publication, 1 World Hotels is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising as a result of any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in respect of any entry whatsoever. 1rez.com should be informed in writing of errors, inaccuracies or omissions discovered in the publication.
The respective advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and contents of their own advertisements, and for all claims, losses, costs, expenses or damages whatsoever from of any person arising (directly or indirectly) from the publication and contents of any Advertisement. 1rez.com aims to provide accurate information, but are in no way responsible for the accuracy and contents for any advertisement. 1 World Hotels, Pte. Ltd., its employees and agents therefore will not be liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses of damages incurred or arising for any reason of any person (including but not limited to claims of negligence, intellectual property infringement and defamation) in connection with any advertisement. 1rez.com makes no warranty or representation in respect of, nor do they endorse any product, service or other matter whatsoever appearing in the advertisements.
